At the Titahi Bay Bowling Club we can offer our Members, Visitors and intending Members a diverse range of activities & programmes, such as these listed below.

Bowling for the Expert or the Beginner.

The Club offers some of the best facilities in the Wellington region, with 8 Lawn rinks and 8 Astro rinks. A full competitive programme that begins with Summer from September to April and Winter from May to August, ensures that all players are well catered for. Code of Conduct.

The Club has in force a ‘Code of Conduct’ policy to ensure that anyone participating in any event at TBBC is covered by the actions of any person who, whilst on the premises or property, infringes on the rights of the Club, Members or Visitors. Penalties can be severe for those who infringe and we encourage everyone to become familiar with this policy. It can be viewed by clicking on the link below.

Catering for all occasions. 

From the expansive ‘Bay View’ Function Lounge which has views over Titahi Bay and Mana Island to the ‘Garden’ B.B.Q area, TBBC can offer facilities second to none for your next function.  Whether it is a wedding, birthday, conference, awards night, musical, seminar or team building day, we have the areas to accommodate you. The Bay View Lounge is licenced for 150 people with full bar facilities and excellent catering services. The ‘Garden’ BBQ area is popular for companies wanting to try out Bowls and have a relaxing meal in tranquil surroundings at very affordable prices.  To find out our hireage charges go to our 'Venue Bookings' page.

Friday Night is Members Night.

Every Friday night from 5pm members gather to enjoy each others companionship and partake in the ‘Lucky’ Membership Draw, Raffles and ‘Pick the Joker’. The winners receiving great prizes and the envy of all others. But you must be there to win.

Thursday is Housie Night.

Every Thursday night commencing at 7pm until 9pm in the Members Lounge, Housie is held for anyone who wishes to come and participate. TBBC Housie has been running now for 20 years and is manned by volunteers. 23 games are played each night and cards cost $1.00 per sheet. A Raffle is also run and at half time a delicious supper is served to all. For more information call the Club on 236 8452.

SKY TV is available.

The Club offers Sky TV in both Lounges on big screen TV’s. Watch all your favourite sports programmes whilst enjoying a delicious meal or cold drink.

The Library.

Situated just off the downstairs lounge is the Club’s library. Offering a large range of fiction & non fiction titles that should satisfy the most discerning reader. This feature is free to members and as we have found more and more titles are donated to the Club regularly.

The Trading Table.

The Club has a ‘Trading Table’ where you can pick up a bargain from as little as $1.00.  To help keep the table interesting and well stocked, members donate items that they no longer have any use for and in turn the profits received go back to the Club to help with our kitchen. Pool Table. 

The Club has a state of the art slate pool table is a popular attraction and with competitions for the expert and beginner held reguarly should prove to be a valuable asset to all members.
