We have the facilities to cater for all occasions, from the expansive ‘Bay View’ Lounge which has views over Titahi Bay and Mana Island to The ‘Garden’ B.B.Q area, TBBC can offer services second to none for your next function.

Whether it is a wedding, birthday, conference, awards night, seminar or team building day, we can accommodate you and your guests in a comfortable environment.

The Bay View Lounge is licenced for 150 people with full bar facilities and excellent catering facilities.  The Lounge comfortably seats 120 people with extra room left for buffet service and dance floor.  There is a raised stage that can be used by musicians, head table for weddings, speaker’s area etc.  A large screen TV with USB inputs, microphone and surround sound and whiteboard are also contained within the stage area.

When it comes to catering our kitchen is well equipped for the professional caterer or if you so wish you are able to self-cater.  

All crockery, cutlery, refrigeration and cooking equipment are part of the hireage charges, which can be viewed by clicking on the links below.

The ‘Garden’ BBQ area is popular for companies wanting to try out ‘Bowls’ and have a relaxing ‘al fresco’ meal in tranquil surroundings at very affordable prices. In general, when this area is required ‘self-catering’ is recommended with the Club supplying refrigeration and utensils if required.  This facility can comfortably cater for up to 60 persons at a time.
